This page explains what Mentionloom currently collects through the public site and early-access waitlist, why we collect it, and how you can remove it.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the consent you gave, the signup source, and limited campaign attribution such as UTM parameters or a referring hostname. If you previously supplied optional profile details in an earlier version of the waitlist, those details may also remain attached to your signup until you remove it.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage early access, send Mentionloom invitations and launch updates, understand which signup paths are useful, and operate the waitlist safely. We do not sell your personal information.
How it is stored
Waitlist records are stored in private server-side Vercel Blob storage and are not shipped as a public list or exposed to the browser. A private management token may be kept in your browser's session storage so you can return to your confirmation and remove your signup.
Removal and retention
Your confirmation provides a private management link that can remove your waitlist record. We retain waitlist information while it is needed for early-access and launch communication, unless you remove it sooner.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain uses of your personal information. You can remove a waitlist signup directly from your private management link. For other privacy questions, reach Mentionloom on X.
Advertising and sharing
Mentionloom does not sell waitlist data or use it for unrelated advertising. Service providers may process data only as needed to host and operate the site and waitlist.
